Montcalm Community College is officially entering a new era with the construction of its first-ever on-campus student housing on the Sidney campus.

• Coming Soon: Construction is underway with an anticipated opening for the Fall 2026 semester.

• The Building: A three-story, 84-bed facility located on the southeast side of campus (the former tennis court site).

• Modern Living: The “pod-style” suites feature double-occupancy bedrooms, shared kitchenettes, living areas, and in-unit laundry.
