The site brought together operations previously spread across multiple buildings into a single 300,000-square-foot facility.

Facility Composition: The building features 75,000–100,000 square feet of office space and a 200,000-square-foot warehouse, fabrication, and logistics center.

Innovation Hub: It includes the “World Model” training ground for research and development teams to innovate new car wash technologies.

Grand Opening: The company celebrated the official grand opening of this $31 million facility on August 25, 2023.
