The Holland Board of Public Works is getting to work on two big projects to keep your drinking water safe and reliable. They’re building a new chemical storage addition at the Water Treatment Plant—a much-needed safety upgrade—and they’re tackling an aging leak by essentially putting a new pipe inside an old one, a process called sliplining, for the crucial Lake Macatawa transmission line.
